This legislation applies if you are:

• responsible for business premises
• an employer or self-employed with business premises
• responsible for a part of a dwelling used for business
• a charity or voluntary organisation
• a contractor with control over premises
• providing accommodation for paying guests

Yes. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, a suitable system of maintenance must be in place for all fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers.

The correct extinguisher depends on your specific fire risks. If unsure, consult a competent fire safety professional.

Orders placed during business hours are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Our aim is next-day delivery via DHL, subject to availability. Tracking is provided once dispatched.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for incorrect or damaged items free of charge.

All other returns will incur a £5.00 handling and return administration fee deducted from the refund. Goods must be in as-new condition upon inspection.
