Refund policy

Returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt if the following apply:

1) you have been sent the incorrect item; or

2) the item has been damaged in transit (you must inform us of this within 24 hours of receipt by contacting customerservice@firecityuk.com)

We will arrange collection free of charge but please note the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us at customerservice@firecityuk.com to notify us of the issue and we will make the necessary arrangements with the courier company for collection.

 

Please note, if upon inspection, it is assessed that the product has been used or there is no fault with product, then a £6 restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the overall refund.

Additionally, items bought on sale are non-refundable.
